Agreement

By using CowBoyUp (the “Service”) published by Morris Lane LLC (“we”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What CowBoyUp is

CowBoyUp helps ranchers organize livestock identity, health notes, breeding, travel readiness, and related ranch records. It is a software tool — not a veterinarian, not a government compliance authority, and not a substitute for official paperwork or licensed advice.

Your responsibilities

• You own and are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter
• You must verify travel, brand, health, and ownership documents with official sources
• You must keep device backups; lost phones can lose local-only data
• You will not use the Service for unlawful activity

Accounts and billing

Free Standard access is limited (currently up to 7 animals on-device). Paid Pro features are billed through Stripe or Apple where offered. Taxes may apply. Cancel anytime through the billing portal or Apple subscriptions settings as applicable.

AI guidance

Ranch AI / offline guidance organizes and explains information you provide. It does not diagnose animals, prescribe treatments, or certify legal ownership or transport readiness.

Disclaimer and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORRIS LANE LLC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST LIVESTOCK VALUE, OR DATA LOSS BEYOND FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS.
